The Genoa Research Area of the Italian National Research Council (CNR) is located at no. 6 Via De Marini, opposite the World Trade Centre (WTC)

TO REACH THE AREA: 

BY CAR: from the GENOVA OVEST motorway exit, follow signs for "centro" (city centre) then ask directions for WTC (World trade centre); the CNR building is opposite the WTC

BY TRAIN: the closest railway station is GENOVA PORTA PRINCIPE station. Ask directions for the bus stop opposite the cruise ship terminal, "Stazione Marittima" (see "By bus")

BY BUS: Several buses link the city centre to the WTC area and therefore the CNR office. From Stazione Principe train station: buses no. 30 and 20. Bus 30 terminates right opposite the CNR office. From the main square in the city centre, Piazza De Ferrari: buses no. 30 and 20;

BY PLANE: from CRISTOFORO COLOMBO airport, catch shuttle bus (Volabus)  and get off at the terminus (Principe railway station). From Principe station, take a bus to the CNR premises (see above "by bus"). If necessary, the airports of Milan, Turin and Pisa provide easy access to Genoa.
